Our end of lease cleaning service is highly detailed and it includes areas such as the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining areas. It also includes inside cabinets, oven, range-hood, inside windows, walls spot cleaning and more.

Yes, there are. Before your scheduled cleaning appointment, we request that you:

  1. Remove all personal items from the property – furniture, bedding, appliances etc.
  2. Remove any rubbish, clutter or objects on the property and floors.
  3. Ensure there are no tradesmen at the time of your cleaning.
  4. Ensure there is running water and electricity at the property.

By following these preparations, you allow our cleaners to start the cleaning as soon as they arrive. And that we deliver the highest quality cleaning so you can get your full rental bond back.

Carpet cleaning is not included in our standard end of lease cleaning service. However, this is a service that we offer and you can add it to your cleaning at an additional cost. Simply select the carpet steam cleaning extra during checkout.

Our steam cleaning machines are effective in removing most carpet stains. However, some stains may be too old or deeply embedded in the carpet fibres to be completely eliminated. If you encounter such stubborn stains, we recommend discussing the matter with your property manager. They can help determine whether the stains fall under the category of “general wear and tear” for the property. This way, you can avoid being held liable for damages that may be considered normal deterioration over time.

Yes, we can. Ceiling cleaning is not included in our standard end of lease cleaning service package. However, we can provide you with a quote upon inspecting the condition of the ceiling.

Absolutely. Once your cleaning service has been completed and your card has been charged, a service receipt will automatically be emailed to you.

Yes we do. However, due to the property being furnished, it will take longer to clean. As such, additional costs may be incurred.

If your property is furnished, please let us know beforehand and we’ll provide a customised quote for your cleaning service. This will ensure there are no misunderstandings on the day of the clean and that your cleaning service goes smoothly.

We’re happy to accommodate your real estate agent’s cleaning checklist. If the checklist includes tasks that are not part of our standard service, we can modify our cleaning plan and service agreement to meet your specific requirements. Simply, let us know about this before scheduling your cleaning service so that we can make the required adjustments. Please note that additional work beyond our usual scope may incur extra charges.

We accept payments through VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, covering both debit and credit cards. No processing fees are applied to any of our transactions. Regrettably, we do not take cash payments.

Yes, we do. We bring all the required cleaning supplies and equipment to professionally clean your property.

For cancellations, please provide us with a 24-hour notice to avoid a late cancellation fee. Our cleaning teams’ schedules are meticulously planned, and cancellations within 24 hours of service result in lost work opportunities for them.

In the event of a cancellation at the door without prior notice, a full-price cancellation fee will be applied.

Our standard wall spot cleaning service typically does not cover all dirty spots on the walls. It is not designed to handle numerous scuff marks, extensive dirt, insect droppings, or stains across all walls. If your property’s walls have a significant number of such marks and blemishes, we recommend booking our full wall-washing service instead. This is especially important if you are aiming to receive your bond back, as your real estate agent will likely require all marks to be removed from the walls.

Our spot wall cleaning service is limited to cleaning a few high-touch areas, such as light switches and power points.

  • Concrete stains
  • Cleaning of curtains

  • Garage wall cleaning
  • Odour removal or remediations
  • Human/ animal waste removal
  • Garage floor/wall oil stain removal
  • Stained grout & silicon remediations
  • Removal of furniture or appliances
  • Removal of stickers or removable hooks
  • Child safety latches/ locks removal
  • Biohazards (excessive mould, faeces, blood)
  • Removal of pet hair embedded in carpet fibres
  • Removal of certain mineral deposits (e.g. stains in toilet bowls)
  • High-reach areas (areas not reachable with a small two-step ladder).
  • Any cleaning that would result in damage
