Our quote includes light marks and scratches on the walls (spot clean). If you have anything more than a ‘light mark’, please give us a call to discuss the condition of your walls. Depending on what the mark is (e.g. blue tack) we can give you a quote for the clean. However, some marks cannot be removed and will require repainting.
A bond cleaning service typically includes a deep cleaning of the property, covering areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms. Specific tasks can include wall spot cleaning, inside/ outside oven, inside windows, dusting, vacuuming and floor cleaning.
Before your scheduled cleaning appointment, we request that you:
- Remove all personal items from the property – furniture, bedding, appliances etc.
- Remove any rubbish, clutter or objects on the property and floors.
- Ensure there are no tradesmen at the time of your cleaning.
- Ensure there is running water and electricity at the property.
By following these preparations, you allow our cleaners to start the cleaning as soon as they arrive. And that we deliver the highest quality cleaning so you can get your full rental deposit back.
Carpet cleaning is not included in our standard end of lease cleaning service. However, this is a service that we offer and you can add it to your cleaning at an additional cost. Simply select the carpet steam cleaning extra during checkout.
Our bond guarantee is valid for 72 hours. It guarantees that if we receive notification from you or your real estate agent, we’ll come back to the residence to reclean any problem areas – free of charge. More detailed information about our guarantee can be found in our bond guarantee.
We require there to be a parking spot available for our team to use. In the case where there is no free parking, our team will use a paid parking spot and we’ll add the parking fee to your service total.
